Blues Traveler Atlanta Concert reviews
my first miami heat game
"My son and I were excited for months to go to the game in Blues Traveler. He has been a Blues Traveler fan for as long as I remember, and he wears Blues Traveler jerseys almost every day. My son came from Norway, Scandinavia for winter vacation.
We went to Miami early to ensure a game-day out of it really. The only thing that was bad is that his back became really bad, and the day after he went to a back surgeon. He will need surgery next week. He was not able to enjoy the game that he had been waiting for so long. :( My son is 20 and got me into being a fan."
Only concert I ever walked out on
The opening act was actually good; they played till 8:05. Blues Traveler didn't take the stage till 9:05... the stage changeout had only taken 10 minutes. When they finally began playing, the acoustics were totally off... the guitars were louder than the harmonica and vocals. What you could hear of the vocals sounded like he was mumbling the whole time. He would play about one and a half songs.... leaving the stage in the middle of a song and disappearing for 5 to 10 minutes. Maybe he was sick, maybe he was high, but this was the most disappointing concert I have ever been to... so much so that when he walked off the stage AGAIN around 10:15, I actually gave up and walked out.
